On September 6, 2023, Kathleen M. Camilli resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of UniFirst Corporation, including from her roles on the committees of the Board, effective September 6, 2023. The Board thanks Ms. Camilli for her service and contributions to the Board.
